Kapunda is located in Northern Adelaide, South Australia. It is home to the Light River and heritage listed Kapunda Mine Site nearby the beautiful Barossa Valley.
We were engaged to design a Pump Track and Jump Park to enhance the master plan of the entire Kapunda Mine Site. We did extensive community consultation and delivered a design to cater for beginner and intermediate users, with the addition of multiple areas for increased enjoyment and activation of the space. This included a Pump Track area and Jump Park area for the local community.
94% of the broader community supported the design and were extremely positive towards a space being installed locally.
